Return policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to return

Email us at voltifytech7@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. We will arrange collection or provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Since we use Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued by bank transfer — please include your IBAN when contacting us.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at voltifytech7@gmail.com and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
